Registration Fees (includes admission, course materials, meals and coffee breaks):

 

Participants are expected to book and pay their own accommodation and travel expenses.

Registration for accompanying persons

Accompanying persons are also welcome to join their partners for meals at the conference, and for the DESY tour and BBQ party. Two registration options are available:

• Registration for accompanying persons - limited: Includes get together on Day 1,  DESY Tour on Day 3 (including transport) and BBQ Party (€100)
• Registration for  accompanying persons - meals: Includes meals on all days, DESY Tour on Day 3 (including transport) and BBQ Party (€300)

It is also possible to purchase individual lunch tickets on the day at the conference venue. To register as an accompanying person, please use this registration link.

Confirmation and Payment

Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. Your place can only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.
We accept international bank transfers up to 8 weeks before the conference starts, after which we only accept credit card payments and ELV transfers (German bank transfers) made via our online payment system.

NO visa support letters will be issued until payment of the registration fee is confirmed.
